I’m sorry to hear this. Even though this order is over a month old & this is the first contact from you, USPS will still assist your claim. All items are shipped with tracking; please reference 00310903136411559260. This can be found in your order history as well. The USPS status reflects the package was delivered Oct 20th at 9:25 AM. Custom and personalized orders
Feel free to contact me with thoughts and ideas; in fact, we encourage it. If it is something that could potentially produce future sales there will be no art fee. We can talk beforehand so there is absolute clarity. If you see one of our current designs and would like to adjust or add something we will do that as well.
What is the turn around time?
Already established designs ship no later than the close of business of the third business day from order placement. Frequently orders will ship sooner as we will head to the studio on weekends if we are in the area. Custom creations may take more time due to design creation, please feel free to ask ahead of time; every request can be different. We pride ourselves on expedient service so I can assure you items will be processed with urgency.
Can I combine orders and save money?
ABSOLUTELY! Some listing already reflect a multi-purchase discount option. In time they all will. If you see a decal you would like multiples of and there isn't a volume discount option, contact us and we'll make it happen.
What if I want a size you're not offering?
Contact us and we will take your requested dimensions and create that size adding it to the listing for purchase. Keep in mind proportion for desirable aesthetics. We will resize and communicate the results to you if they are not favorable; we will not force-sell something we would not want to receive ourselves.
